New build with smart entry & standout lighting

Builder - Osmium

All the electrical on this Osmium build, from the first power connection to completion. Quality light fittings throughout, a two-station intercom with gate strike, and an exterior and garden lighting scheme that became a feature of the home.

What we did:

• Complete new build home electrical
• Ducted air conditioning
• High quality light fittings throughout
• Exterior and garden lighting, a standout feature of the project
• Two-station intercom with gate strike, with entry by phone app, key fob or code
• Pool power
• Data and connectivity

Visitors can be let in from a phone app, and the family can come and go with a key fob or a code, so there's no fumbling for keys at the gate.
